Relocation Consultant DSP

Job Description

A Relocation provider is now looking to hire a Relocation Consultant to join heir DSP team.

This position will best suit an individual with excellent Customer Service and Project Management skills. Ideally from a related service sector such as Travel, Hospitality, Property, Tenancy & Lettings.

Full training will be provided. This position offers hybrid working.

Key Duties of the Relocation Consultant DSP include:

  • Delivering Relocation and Destination Services to clients, assignees, and their families
  • Ensuring a smooth relocation transition whilst serving as the single point of contact throughout the process
  • Booking temporary accommodation
  • Arranging home search and school searches
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing relocation DSP case files
  • Conducting pre-assignment briefs and relocation orientations
  • Advising the assignees on relocation policies


Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role
  • Strong IT skills and numeracy skills
  • Property, Tenancy, Lettings or Travel experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong administration skills
