Removal Sales Administrator

Job Description

An immediate need exists for a Project Coordinator/Sales Administrator to join our client's Moving & Relocation team.

They believe that a team-based approach to customer service produces higher levels of satisfaction for all parties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to Salesperson, Account Managers and Project Managers as needed to meet company/team goals including assisting with inbound phone and web inquiries, processing data entry of all work orders/proposal documents needed to compile accurate and complete bid proposals and inbound inventory lists.
  • Provide sales support activities to develop estimates and sales proposals to efficiently process and communicate proposals to clients and work with Operations team to maximise efficiencies without sacrificing the quality of service offered to the client.
  • Be a master communicator between internal departments and external clients and coordinate and manage any 3rd party service providers required for service requests and work with subcontractors to obtain quotes, submit purchase orders and track projects
  • Serves as a point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and effectively; looks into order discrepancies; and helps account managers resolve customer complaints.
  • Document project timeframes and replies immediately when processing and communicating project goals and timeline summaries, always aiming to increase the quality of service, internal process improvements and novel approaches to customer problems.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while fostering effective communication between internal divisions and external clients.

Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or related position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of financials as well as Gross Profit models
  • Prior experience with logistics, commercial and systems furniture (desired)
  • Proficient computer abilities, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
