We at Alchemy are proud to partner with our client, a well-respected international removal company who are seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Rotterdam branch.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work for a major removal company.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone and email inquiries about removals from both new and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on incoming leads with the goal of turning them into fresh business contracts.
  • Collect the information required regarding the client's removal requirements and record it as needed.
  • Take bookings for surveys and arrange removal dates.
  • Upsell and suggest more removal services that could be helpful to your client.
  • Achieve a great customer experience.
  • Create the necessary sales lead tracking reports.
  • Reach and surpass monthly removal sales quotas.
  • Maintain improvement through feedback.
  • Assist with resolving client inquiries.
  • Other potential administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Prior removals industry experience is necessary.
  • Naturally skilled salesperson.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent multitasker.
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Competent using MS Office.
  • Eager and friendly.
  • Detail oriented with great organizational abilities.
