Job Description
Our client, a well-established hospitality provider, is looking for a Reservations and Guest Services Executive to join their team
The Reservations and Guest Services Executive will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries, converting new bookings, recording full and accurate details for bookings and have a good knowledge of the facilities and local areas.
Key responsibilities;
- Ability to provide Reservations/ administrative support to operational teams.
- Ensure that reservations, bookings and related administration is accurately and timely processed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Convert enquiries into new bookings
- Assist guests with any queries and issues during their stay
The ideal candidate will be;
- Great communication skills
- Another language an advantage
- Experience in a Customer Service role.
- Good time management
