Reward Project Manager

Job Description

Our client, a global corporation with a presence in over 100 countries is looking to hire a Reward Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to be based in the UK. This is a hybrid position (mix office based and work from home).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review the current reward policy and make recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in reward benchmarking activities
  • Act as subject matter expert on reward  
  • Lead the development of the reward design process with internal and external experts
  • Work closely with colleagues across the world to meet the reward goals
  • Use your knowledge and expertise within reward to contribute to the development of a global reward programme
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage the reward programme that includes milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Review the financial impact and costings of designed proposals, overseeing the budget

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Reward
  • Experience delivering a reward programme
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent preferred
