Reward Project Manager
Job Description
Our client, a global corporation with a presence in over 100 countries is looking to hire a Reward Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to be based in the UK. This is a hybrid position (mix office based and work from home).
Main Responsibilities:
- Review the current reward policy and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in reward benchmarking activities
- Act as subject matter expert on reward
- Lead the development of the reward design process with internal and external experts
- Work closely with colleagues across the world to meet the reward goals
- Use your knowledge and expertise within reward to contribute to the development of a global reward programme
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Manage the reward programme that includes milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Review the financial impact and costings of designed proposals, overseeing the budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Reward
- Experience delivering a reward programme
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified or equivalent preferred
