Sales Director

Job Description

Our client, an exciting and continuously growing relocation provider is looking to hire a Sales Director to work remotely in the USA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the growing sales team including hiring and onboarding
  • Rapidly increase business, build your own pipeline, forge and maintain relationships whilst driving continued growth across the team
  • Manage, coach and motivate the sales team
  • Represent the company at industry events with the aim to increase brand awareness and develop new business
  • Develop sales strategies and implement in the team with the overall goal of increasing revenue
  • Forecasting sales targets across the team and ensuring targets are met
  • Continuously provide feedback internally to improve service delivery and service offerings

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record hitting targets and increasing revenue
  • Experience managing a high performing sales team, ideally across multiple locations
  • Experience working in a consultative sales and SaaS environment preferred
  • Personal international relocation experience is beneficial however not essential
  • Happy to work across international time zones
  • Extremely competitive and sales-hungry professional who smashes targets
