Senior Global Mobility Manager

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Global Mobility Manager to join a major global corporation in London, UK. This position offers hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business’ global mobility program, re-design existing programs and create new programs based on business needs
  • Work closely with Tax and Relocation vendors, ensuring high levels of service is received, reviewing services, and discussing any service issues
  • Lead the global mobility strategy to achieve set goals
  • Manage a team of global mobility professionals across different locations
  • Define and drive the global mobility strategy, focussed on assignee experience
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Manage the global mobility budget, forecasting and focussing on driving cost efficiencies
  • Be part of the team making important business decisions with regards to the company’s global mobility program
  • Review team performance, coach and mentor team members as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve global mobility processes to meet business objectives

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Over 10 years Global Mobility / International Assignment experience gained in a corporate environment
  • Strong leadership experience, must have led a team of global mobility professionals ideally across different regions
  • Problem solver, you will run towards issues and strive to find solutions and improving processes
  • Creative and strategic thinker, ability to think outside of the box
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Project management, change management and transformation skills and experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
