Senior Relocation Consultant

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Relocation Consultant to join our client in Amsterdam, NL.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relocation process for assignees and their families from start to finish
  • Oversee relocation services delivered to the assignee
  • Act as point of contact for VIP cases
  • Ensure the assignees relocation runs smoothly, providing excellent service throughout
  • Manage relocation services including immigration, settling in, school search, home search, bank account set up, household goods moving etc.
  • Keep assignee up to date every stage of their relocation
  • Main point of contact for the assignee
  • Build excellent relationships with assignees and their families
  • Work closely with real estate agents, arrange appointments, check rental contracts and liaise with landlords
  • Liaise with immigration and home search experts
  • Ensure the internal system is kept up to date 
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and processes
  • Provide support to the Relocation Consultants, giving advice where required  

Requirements:  

  • Over 5 years experience in the Relocation, Destination Services or Global Mobility industry  
  • Previous/Current experience as Senior Relocation Consultant is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can work to a high standard in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent Dutch and English preferred
