Senior Relocation Consultant

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Relocation Consultant to join our client a global relocation provider.

This position offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

The Senior Relocation Consultant will be responsible for delivering Relocation and Global Mobility services to clients, assignees, and their families.

You will ensure a smooth relocation transition whilst serving as the single point of contact throughout the process.

Key Duties of the Senior Relocation Consultant:

  • Manage all activities and services related to the Relocation process
  • Carry out pre-assignment briefs and orientations
  • Advise the assignees on global mobility and relocation policies
  • Authorize request exceptions for client policies during the whole process of the relocation
  • Manage all payments relating to the assignment, including payroll, expenses, and invoices
  • Update and manage the internal CRM database as required

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Relocation role
  • Technical proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft office
  • Key attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Sense of compassion and a sensitivity to the needs of assignees and their families
  • Good understanding of relocation and global mobility processes 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong administration skills
