Supplier Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading company in global talent mobility are looking for an experienced Supplier Manager to join the Supplier Account Management team. You will need to be responsible for recommending policies, products, or services to clients and managing partnerships. 

The successful candidate will provide excellent service and advice to clients regarding their Global Mobility and Relocation requirements.

Your role and responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with relocation / global mobility contracts
  • Have a thorough understanding company culture, internal service, and critical concerns
  • Develop and implement client supply chain strategies to ensure that contracted services are fully used
  • Tailor supply chain reporting and prepare input for clients
  • Assist service delivery teams and members of the Client Service team in implementing Client Service Strategic Growth Plans
  • Partner with in-house resources
  • Work with global and regional managers
Skills and Experience: 
  • 2 years' experience in the Relocation services / global mobility industry 
  • Experience with supplier performance optimization 
  • University/ College degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Knowledge of global supply chain team and client services
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Project management and analytical skills 
  • Negotiating skills 
  • Ability to operate in a variety of settings
  • Fluent in German & English Language 
  • Attention to detail and good presentation skills
