We are partnering with a manufacturing company seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator in Cambridge on a hybrid basis going into the office 1-2 times a week.

This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to extend their administrative skills and build knowledge of Trade Compliance.

Responsibilities;

  • Keeping up to date with customs declarations, transport, and shipping documents
  • Preparing invoices
  • Submission of license applications
  • Responsible for accurate submission of license applications, customer liaison and export record keeping
  • General administrative duties
  • Preparing trade compliance documentation

Skills Required;

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent data entry
  • Trade compliance knowledge (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
