Vice President, Business Development, Intercultural Training Services

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Vice President, Business Development, Intercultural Training to work remotely in the USA.

The Vice President, Business Development will be responsible for selling intercultural training services and leading business development efforts across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new business development strategies and initiates
  • Identify opportunities to sell the company’s intercultural training services offering to potential customers
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients
  • Work closely with stakeholders to help support and achieve the businesses expansion plans
  • Provide regular feedback internally on the market and share ideas and create strategies to implement within the business
  • Create and deliver presentations during client meetings and conferences
  • Attend industry relevant conferences
  • Meet/exceed sales targets and goals as set by the company
  • Regularly communicate with the service delivery team to ensure client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years Business Development experience across the Americas
  • Consultative selling experience is essential
  • Understanding of the corporate relocation industry and intercultural training services preferred
  • Ability to work in a global ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Fluent English required, additional language skills an advantage
  • Personal relocation experience an advantage
  • Must be able to travel across the Americas as required
