An exciting hybrid opportunity awaits in Hartford, CT, for an Account Executive specializing in Commercial Sales within the moving and relocation sector. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing commercial client relationships with a focus on office, corporate, and industrial relocations
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the Hartford metro area
  • Conducting site surveys and needs assessments for potential moves
  • Crafting competitive pricing strategies and professional bid proposals
  • Leading presentations to decision-makers at corporations and institutions
  • Closing new contracts and achieving targeted revenue goals
  • Partnering with operations to oversee smooth project execution
  • Tracking customer activity and trends using sales and CRM tools
  • Delivering post-move follow-up and service satisfaction checks
  • Staying informed on market activity and competitor offerings
  • Representing the company at business expos and client events
  • Working cross-functionally to support strategic sales initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial sales in moving or relocation services
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and project-based service delivery
  • Background in office & industrial (O&I)  preferred
  • Professional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage a sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Must be able to travel to the head office and to clients as and when needed.
