What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the day-to-day international and domestic removal operations for the Port Vila branch.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team across operations and administration.
- Ensure all shipments are handled efficiently, within budget, and according to company and client expectations.
- Coordinate household goods shipments with carriers, overseas agents, and clients.
- Conduct in-home or virtual pre-move surveys and prepare accurate quotations.
- Oversee warehouse activities, inventory, and packing crew performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with diplomatic and aid organisation clients.
- Drive business development initiatives and secure new accounts in the region.
- Monitor and manage branch financial performance including cost control and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and international shipping laws.
- Represent the company in local community and industry engagements.
- Travel occasionally to other regional offices for training and operational alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in the international moving or relocation industry.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing operations, sales, and teams.
- Experience handling diplomatic and international client accounts.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance and international shipping procedures.
- Willingness to live and work in the Pacific region long term.
- Valid driving licence and ability to obtain police clearance.
