Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase new business
- Sell the company's corporate housing offering to potential clients needing such services for travel or relocation purposes
- Ensure the company is meeting and exceeding established sales goals
- Manage the Business Development team to ensure individual and company sales revenue targets are met
- Lead regular meetings with the Business Development team and hold regular coaching and training sessions for the team
- Develop strong new sales pipeline and work with the team to close new business
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular client meetings etc.
- Create customized corporate housing solutions for clients depending on their individual needs
- Carry out research and surveys on the current corporate housing market to gain a competitive advantage over competitors
- Participate in corporate housing industry events, acting as an ambassador for the brand
- Manage sales forecasting, metrics and sales pipeline
- Participate in RFP’s and work with the team to create proposals
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Development position
- Experience within the corporate housing, furnished apartment or corporate relocation sector is required
- Experience selling directly to global corporations, including HR and C-Suite decision makers
- Ability to successfully manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Proven sales and business development success and ability to win new business
- Must have active relationships with decision makers at fortune 1000 companies
