Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new commercial relocation clients across multiple industries
- Conduct virtual consultations and needs assessments for potential clients
- Prepare customized proposals and bids for office and industrial moves
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with corporate clients
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Attend virtual trade shows and industry networking events
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance updates
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial moving services and logistics
- Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services (e.g., storage, FF&E)
- Stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the moving or relocation industry
- Proven success in commercial/office & industrial (O&I) sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed environment
- CRM proficiency and solid organizational abilities
- Proven book of business and OMA experience (preferred).
