What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the development and execution of national logistics sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Drive new business in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and commercial relocation services.
  • Build and manage a logistics sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Develop a personal portfolio of high-value logistics clients across key verticals.
  • Utilize internal tools and resources to support pipeline growth and client retention.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to exceed business objectives.
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of RFPs, ensuring proposals are tailored and competitive.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure the company’s offerings remain innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to support demand generation and brand visibility.
  • Set and review pricing strategies in alignment with revenue and margin targets.
  • Provide detailed reporting and performance insights to the executive leadership team.
  • Travel as necessary to support sales efforts and client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience within logistics, relocation, or commercial moving.
  • Proven success building and managing top-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics market and established industry network.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and strong Excel/data analysis capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
