An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Services Manager, Mobility & Relocation to work remotely in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of the International Mobility & Relocation team
- Oversee a team of Mobility & Relocation Consultants, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, review client needs and provide advice to add value to their global mobility program
- Oversee Destination Services, Household Goods Moving, Temporary Accommodation, Visa & Immigration and Tax & Compensation
- Regularly attend client meetings to build and maintain excellent relationships and to discuss any issues
- Train and coach the Mobility & Relocation team, upskilling where possible to create a high performing team
- Work closely with clients to understand their talent mobility goals and make policy recommendations as needed
- Review data to monitor performance to ensure excellent service delivery, identifying and making improvements where possible
Main Requirements:
- Over 5 years Client Services, Account Management or Service Delivery experience gained in the Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Assignment Services
- Extensive knowledge of Relocation & Global Mobility with the ability to understand talent mobility needs and global mobility policies
- Experience managing and coaching employees
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
