Key Responsibilities:
- Review commercial moving project proposals to define timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Develop, refine, and ensure compliance with project plans and scopes of work.
- Produce and present comprehensive project reports using Total Trak and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate contractor activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee billing processes, including the review and approval of vendor invoices.
- Identify project scope changes and manage them through change orders or contract amendments.
- Maintain consistent communication with contractors to secure timely updates and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve contractor issues and overcome project obstacles.
- Conduct evaluations such as claims reviews and client satisfaction assessments post-move.
- Lead and support team members to guarantee quality and timeliness in task completion.
- Apply risk management strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns in relocation projects.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and integrate them into project methodologies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong organisational, time management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the moving or relocation industry is preferred.
