What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving new business development focused on commercial and office relocation services
  • Managing and growing a pipeline of leads and prospects within the Stratford, CT region
  • Conducting on-site client meetings and move assessments
  • Preparing and presenting detailed, customized moving proposals
  • Negotiating contracts and securing profitable sales agreements
  • Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions
  • Attending networking events and trade shows to build brand presence
  • Collaborating with marketing to generate targeted lead campaigns
  • Providing exceptional post-sale client support
  • Reporting sales metrics and forecasts to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry
  • Proven success in commercial relocation sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of office and industrial (O&I) moving processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Must be able to travel to the head office and to clients as and when needed.
