What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving new business development focused on commercial and office relocation services
- Managing and growing a pipeline of leads and prospects within the Stratford, CT region
- Conducting on-site client meetings and move assessments
- Preparing and presenting detailed, customized moving proposals
- Negotiating contracts and securing profitable sales agreements
- Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions
- Attending networking events and trade shows to build brand presence
- Collaborating with marketing to generate targeted lead campaigns
- Providing exceptional post-sale client support
- Reporting sales metrics and forecasts to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry
- Proven success in commercial relocation sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of office and industrial (O&I) moving processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Must be able to travel to the head office and to clients as and when needed.
