Commercial Sales Executive – Philadelphia

A top-tier moving and relocation company is looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to support the Philadelphia market. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with experience in commercial relocations, this hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited potential in a competitive metro region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving outbound B2B sales efforts targeting Philadelphia-area businesses
  • Conducting virtual and in-person consultations for office and commercial relocations
  • Generating leads through referrals, cold outreach, and digital campaigns
  • Preparing detailed quotes, proposals, and service plans tailored to client needs
  • Leading virtual presentations and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Managing client expectations from prospecting through post-move review
  • Collaborating remotely with operations to plan and execute move logistics
  • Using CRM tools to track leads, activities, and pipeline progress
  • Meeting remote sales goals and performance KPIs
  • Participating in local networking when required
  • Keeping up with industry trends and competitor services
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in commercial moving, relocation, or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of office and industrial (O&I) move sales and planning
  • Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage remote workflows
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and virtual sales tools
  • Based in or able to travel to the Philadelphia area and client head office as needed
