We’re seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Marketing to take the reins and bring outsourced efforts in-house, laying the foundations of a dynamic, high-performing internal marketing team.
Based full-time and on-site in the office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both the department and strategy — with complete ownership of branding, campaigns, and growth initiatives in the serviced apartment and corporate housing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the company's end-to-end strategic marketing plan to align with business goals.
- Build and lead a brand-new internal marketing department from the ground up.
- Bring all marketing functions in-house, phasing out existing outsourced operations.
- Develop and execute integrated B2B and B2C campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, PR, events, and partnership strategies.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
- Leverage data, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
- Drive SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to ensure strong ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Executive teams to ensure full alignment.
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing insight-driven performance analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the corporate housing or serviced apartments industry is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in building or restructuring a marketing function.
- Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution across the full marketing mix.
- Commercially driven with a data-led approach to brand building and lead generation.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Must be available to work full-time and on-site in the office.
