Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of residential and commercial moving, relocation, and storage services within the Salt Lake City region and beyond.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline, covering local household moves, long-distance relocations, and business/corporate transfers.
- Develop new leads through networking, referrals, digital inquiries, and B2B outreach.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions, including relocation packages and storage options.
- Prepare accurate estimates, present service offerings, and secure agreements from both individuals and businesses.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of every move.
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to secure ongoing relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, sales activities, and forecasts within CRM systems.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in both the residential and commercial relocation markets.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in moving, relocation, logistics, or related service industries.
- Strong understanding of both residential and commercial sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage a sales pipeline.
- Previous experience selling household or corporate relocation solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
