Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for national corporate clients throughout the move process
- Coordinate all aspects of household goods and office & industrial (O&I) relocations
- Create move schedules and timelines in line with client requirements
- Liaise with drivers, packers, and third-party vendors to ensure service delivery
- Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to clients
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with corporate relocation policies and service level agreements
- Prepare accurate documentation and maintain move files
- Work with pricing and operations teams to manage costs effectively
- Track and report on move progress and customer satisfaction
- Support the onboarding of new corporate accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in the moving or relocation industry
- Prior experience handling national or global corporate accounts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with move management software
- Familiarity with O&I or HHG relocation processes
