We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Immigration Consultant to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in immigration and global mobility services. The successful candidate will support the immigration team with case management, documentation preparation, and client coordination while ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications including work permits, residence visas, and other related documentation.
- Support the immigration team with day-to-day case management activities, ensuring all cases are tracked and updated accurately.
- Review and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documentation for immigration filings.
- Maintain accurate records of cases and documentation in internal systems.
- Monitor application progress and follow up with relevant authorities or internal stakeholders when required.
- Provide administrative support to senior immigration consultants on complex cases.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with applicable immigration laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Communicate with clients professionally to provide updates on application status and next steps.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and other documentation related to immigration case activity.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in immigration services, legal administration, HR, or global mobility is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
