An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Development Manager within an established international relocation services company based in Vietnam.
The key purpose of this position is to encourage the growth and development of the company within Vietnam and maintain professional relationships with regional clients.
The Business Development Manager will focus on targeting potential new business by identifying opportunities and selling relocation solutions such as; international relocation, global mobility, immigration, destination services and household goods moving services.
Responsibilities:
- Seek out and create sale opportunities, increasing the customer base
- Strive to meet and exceed revenue targets
- In personal sales meetings and sales calls to potential new clients
- Regular administrative maintenance of the sales company database (Salesforce) ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate
- Provide consultative and best practice advice to clients
- Attend events in order to create new business opportunities, networking and promoting the company by creating informative presentations for clients and executive level professionals
- Effectively manage sales appointments, exceeding appointment target
Skills Required:
- A strong sales background in relocation, moving or global mobility or a related industry such as hospitality
- Has a proven record of accomplishment of new buisness development across multiple markets
- Fluent in local language and English
- An expert level of knowledge and understanding of mobility and relocation services in order to upsell to existing clients
- Excellent communicative ability will be required
- A high level of organisation and time management with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Has a high desire to exceed
