An experienced Project Supervisor is required on a fixed-term contract through to January 2028 for a London-based organisation. Operating within a high-profile corporate relocation programme, this role will lead the physical delivery of a large-scale commercial office move within a live business environment, ensuring seamless transition with zero operational downtime. It is ideally suited to a hands-on commercial removals professional with proven experience in complex office moves, contractor coordination and business-critical mobilisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end physical delivery of a major London office removal & relocation within an occupied corporate environment
  • Manage full site decommissioning and mobilisation activities, ensuring business continuity throughout
  • Conduct detailed asset audits, inventory control and categorisation for the removal & relocation, recycling or disposal
  • Coordinate removal contractors, waste providers, cleaning teams and specialist logistics suppliers
  • Oversee secure packing, transit and installation of office assets and specialist equipment, support IT and AV relocation activities, including physical server room migration and infrastructure transition
  • Manage loading bay schedules, crate distribution plans and phased departmental move rotas
  • Ensure all contractors provide compliant RAMS and adhere to H&S and CDM 2015 standards
  • Coordinate supplier contract terminations and activation of new operational SLAs Oversee furniture installation, workspace setup and Day-One operational readiness
  • Manage ethical disposal, recycling and circular economy initiatives in line with sustainability targets
  • Lead post-move hyper-care and snagging processes to ensure a fully operational workplace

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering commercial office removals and relocations within the moving and relocation industry
  • Strong contractor management and supplier coordination experience
  • Solid knowledge of removals & relocation logistics, inventory control and asset management Experience working within live business environments with strict downtime constraints
  • Sound understanding of health & safety, RAMS and CDM regulations in removals projects
  • Resilient, solutions-focused professional able to lead high-pressure removals
