Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site and virtual pre-move surveys for household goods (HHG) relocations
- Assessing volume, access, packing requirements, and special handling needs
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for domestic moves
- Advising customers on packing services, storage solutions, and insurance options
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients to maximise conversion rates
- Following up on quotations to secure confirmed bookings
- Liaising with operations teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Maintaining CRM systems with detailed and accurate survey information
- Identifying upselling opportunities including export wrapping and storage
- Managing a pipeline of sales leads and meeting revenue targets
- Representing the company professionally during customer interactions
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Removal Sales Estimator within the removals industry
- Strong knowledge of household goods relocations and survey processes
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to accurately calculate move volumes and pricing
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Full UK driving licence
