An experienced Regional Business Development Manager is required for a leading Moving and Relocation organisation based in Asia. This role focuses on driving new business growth and strengthening client relationships within the private migrant and corporate relocation markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding regional market share and delivering sustainable revenue growth within the international mobility industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to promote international moving and relocation services to multinational and national organisations
- Identify and secure new corporate and private migrant clients within the moving and relocation sector
- Generate new leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry engagement
- Build, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to support sustainable revenue growth
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with HR departments, mobility managers, and procurement teams
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, tenders, RFP responses and client presentations aligned to relocation requirements
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing structures and contractual terms to successfully close new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual annual sales targets, revenue objectives and new business acquisition goals
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across moving, relocation, storage and value-added mobility services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM and internal management systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal operational teams and global network partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience within the Moving and Relocation industry
- Demonstrable track record of securing new corporate relocation accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of international mobility services, household goods shipping and destination services
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems effectively
- Willingness to travel regionally as required to support client development and industry engagement
