Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on workplace and O&I relocation services
- Identify and secure new commercial relocation opportunities across Maryland and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facilities managers, and procurement teams
- Lead complex RFP responses and competitive bid processes
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of relocation, storage, and workplace services
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging workplace and hybrid office trends
- Manage key accounts and implement retention strategies to maximize long-term value
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with company objectives
- Mentor and support junior sales team members where required
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience within the moving and relocation industry (O&I or workplace solutions preferred)
- Strong track record of securing commercial relocation contracts
- Experience managing high-value RFPs and corporate procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to travel across DMV and surrounding regions as needed
- University degree (Preferred).
