We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative functions in Taiwan. This role will take full responsibility for accounting, reporting, payroll, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls, while supporting operational activities within the Moving and Relocation Division.
The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing accurate financial insight, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, month-end closing, and quarterly financial statements
- Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Oversee statutory reporting, VAT and corporate tax filings, and audit coordination
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and monitor DSO
- Administer monthly payroll and statutory submissions
- Supervise accounting processes for relocation operations, including sales cut-off, accruals, and tonnage reporting
- Maintain fixed asset register and capital expenditure tracking
- Oversee general office administration and support HR-related matters
- Identify and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- 10+ years’ finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
- Experience in multinational or service-based industries preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
