This is a fully remote role, open to professionals based anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue growth across warehousing and global freight forwarding services, including air, ocean, road, and both import and export logistics
- Capitalise on established client relationships to drive immediate revenue generation
- Proactively identify and secure new business through strategic outreach and digital prospecting
- Maintain consistent client engagement through virtual and in-person meetings
- Take full ownership of commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation
- Achieve monthly gross profit targets
- Work cross-functionally with operations and senior leadership to ensure service excellence
- Deliver clear, data-led weekly forecasts, pipeline visibility, and activity reporting
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven success within international air and ocean freight sales
- An active and transferable portfolio of client relationships is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen, including confidence in pricing, quoting, and profitability management
- Technically comfortable with CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools
- Self-directed and commercially driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
