Join the thriving corporate housing industry as a Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) in the UK.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts independently while working closely with suppliers across the UK.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the entire pre-arrival inspection process once the Account Management team has finalised a booking with a supplier. You will work closely with the supply chain to ensure inspections are comprehensively completed, returned on time and meet company standards prior to guest check-in.

You will then review each inspection in detail, identify any quality issues and liaise directly with suppliers to ensure all matters are resolved promptly. While this is primarily a remote role, there may be rare occasions where an in-person inspection is required if a booked unit is located near you. A travel allowance will be provided in these instances.
