We are seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Marketing & User Acquisition Manager on behalf of a global client that provides solutions to businesses worldwide.
This role supports both their Game Development and Mobile App teams, leading go-to-market execution, scaling user acquisition, and optimizing monetization across global markets.
You will play a key role in launching, growing, and sustaining our apps and games in competitive digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages.
- Plan and manage soft launches, test acquisition channels, and optimize based on KPIs such as CPI, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
- Lead paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, and other DSP platforms.
- Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword strategy, creative testing, and store listing improvements.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Firebase.
- Align acquisition strategies with monetization models (IAPs, ads, virtual currency) to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure successful launches.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including retargeting, push notifications, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, growth marketing, or digital product marketing.
- Experience working on both mobile games and non-gaming apps or digital consumer products.
- Strong analytical mindset and performance marketing expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Professional working proficiency in English (Arabic/Kurdish preferred).
