We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Relocation Assistant to join our client’s Immigration service line in Taiwan. This role plays a key part in supporting immigration and relocation services for international assignees and corporate clients, ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and a high standard of client service. The Relocation Assistant provides essential administrative and coordination support to the immigration team, supporting both individual and corporate clients throughout the relocation process. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, local authorities, and service providers to ensure accurate documentation and smooth service delivery. The position offers a solid entry point into the global mobility industry, with structured training and clear opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain immigration and relocation documentation, including application forms, supporting letters, and basic translation tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping in line with legal requirements, internal policies, and ISO standards.
  • Liaise with local authorities and external service providers as required to support case processing.
  • Manage administrative activities such as document scanning, copying, filing, and submission to relevant authorities.
  • Support invoicing processes and assist with payment follow-ups.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Immigration Manager to support team objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan immigration regulations, procedures, and local practices is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage.
