Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and retaining a portfolio of relocation accounts with focus on revenue growth.
- Achieving consistent year?on?year increases in initiations and client spend.
- Cross?selling and converting new leads into profitable client relationships.
- Developing and strengthening relationships with local and global clients.
- Listening to client challenges and providing strategic solutions.
- Partnering with Operations to ensure delivery excellence.
- Retaining accounts following service issues through corrective action and client reassurance.
- Overseeing client reporting, contracts, pricing, and performance analysis.
- Resurrecting dormant accounts and bringing previous clients back on board.
- Using CRM to manage client activity and sales pipeline.
- Identifying business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Planning and hosting client engagement events in partnership with Marketing.
- Managing responses to RFI’s and RFPs to secure new business.
- Strong account management and business development experience.
- Experience in relocation services / moving industry preferred.
- Proven ability to grow revenue from existing clients and win new business.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to collaborate internally to achieve client solutions.
- CRM proficiency
- Comfortable with networking and presenting at client events.
