We’re working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to be based near Oklahoma City, OK. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the order, fulfillment and logistics teams, ensuring consistent achievement of weekly operational and delivery targets
  • Architect and optimize end-to-end order management workflows to support efficiency, accuracy, and future growth
  • Direct both domestic and international shipping activities, ensuring compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized warehouse operations and enforce accurate inventory handling and shipment documentation practices
  • Develop and refine standardized processes, documentation, and training programs to support scalable and repeatable execution
  • Mentor and elevate team performance through structured coaching, goal setting, and ongoing feedback
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve order challenges and maintain transparent communication around delivery timelines
  • Oversee daily system transactions and order execution to ensure data accuracy, proper prioritization, and process discipline
  • Cultivate productive relationships with transportation partners to maintain high service levels 
  • Continuously assess shipping strategies and carrier performance to optimize cost, speed, and service quality
  • Leverage operational metrics, performance trends, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen service reliability

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or warehouse operations
  • Strong staff leadership skills, ability to manage and lead a successful team 
  • Possession of, or the willingness to obtain, a DOT Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Shipping Certification
  • Experience in managing domestic and international transport and building strong relationships with carriers is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, order management systems, and shipping technologies, with a focus on maintaining transaction accuracy and data integrity
  • Demonstrated capability in structured problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with transportation compliance standards such as 49 CFR, IATA, or hazardous materials regulations is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or similar
