Our client is a well-established global provider of corporate accommodation solutions, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive corporate business development across the APAC region in a fully remote capacity.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities within the corporate housing and mobility market. This position demands a proactive business development approach and a consistent track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development activity across the APAC region, targeting corporate clients.
- Identify and secure new business development opportunities within the corporate housing market.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers to support corporate business development growth.
- Achieve cyclical sales targets through structured new business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activity.
- Submit weekly sales reports outlining pipeline progress and account development.
- Track closed deals and ensure all revenue contributes towards individual sales targets.
- Represent the organisation professionally within the corporate housing and relocation industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales within Corporate Housing, Relocation, DSP or Global Mobility.
- Demonstrated success in new business development across the APAC region.
- Experience selling corporate housing solutions to Corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of serviced apartments, executive stays, temporary accommodation and furnished apartments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a sales hunter mindset.
