We have an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven sales and business development professional to join a leading organisation within the corporate housing sector.

This role is perfectly suited to a true sales hunter with a passion for new business development.

Our client is a well-established global provider of corporate accommodation solutions, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive corporate business development across the APAC region in a fully remote capacity.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities within the corporate housing and mobility market. This position demands a proactive business development approach and a consistent track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development activity across the APAC region, targeting corporate clients.
  • Identify and secure new business development opportunities within the corporate housing market.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking and referrals.
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers to support corporate business development growth.
  • Achieve cyclical sales targets through structured new business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activity.
  • Submit weekly sales reports outlining pipeline progress and account development.
  • Track closed deals and ensure all revenue contributes towards individual sales targets.
  • Represent the organisation professionally within the corporate housing and relocation industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales within Corporate Housing, Relocation, DSP or Global Mobility.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development across the APAC region.
  • Experience selling corporate housing solutions to Corporate clients.
  • Strong knowledge of serviced apartments, executive stays, temporary accommodation and furnished apartments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a sales hunter mindset.
