The successful candidate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to develop tailored mobility solutions. Language skills in French, German or Spanish are advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients across the EMEA region.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering customised global mobility solutions.
- Translate client mobility programme needs into effective service strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive meaningful campaigns and outreach events.
- Host and facilitate client-focused events, roundtables, and industry networking sessions.
- Offer strategic advice and insights to enhance clients' relocation programmes.
- Monitor account health and identify barriers to programme success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights internally and externally.
- Liaise with internal subject matter experts to design client-specific service models.
- Advocate internally on behalf of clients to ensure continuous service evolution.
Requirements
- Strong background in relocation account management and client services.
- Proven experience in global mobility, preferably within the EMEA market.
- Prior experience working for a relocation or moving company is essential.
- Ability to build long-term strategic client partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to complex client needs.
