What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive sales of household moving and storage services, working remotely with customers across the East Coast.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline, focusing on local and long-distance residential relocations.
- Develop new leads through online inquiries, referrals, and community engagement.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored moving and storage solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates, present service options, and secure signed agreements.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure every move is delivered smoothly.
- Follow up with clients post-move to secure referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, client details, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends within the residential moving industry.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in household moving, relocation, or consumer services.
- Strong knowledge of residential moving sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage a remote sales pipeline independently.
- Prior experience supporting customers with local or long-distance household moves is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
