Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist a group of account executives in surpassing performance targets.
- Create and carry out sales strategies that increase revenue and market share.
- Work together to match campaign strategies with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Find and pursue new ventures in the manufacturing, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Oversee the whole sales process, including pricing and prospecting.
- Help close sales and cultivate enduring relationships with clients.
- Establish definite team objectives and routinely acknowledge accomplishments.
- Create a culture of communication and positivity throughout the team.
- Make sure everyone on the team uses CRM effectively and consistently.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
- For cost control purposes, manage sales expenses and budgets.
- Contribute to the company's overall strategy and report to the VP of sales.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of sales expertise in logistics, storage, moving, or workplace solutions.
- 3 years or more experience managing sales personnel.
- demonstrated aptitude for creating and carrying out successful sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to sales management.
- A bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
