What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create new business by cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-home and remote consultations to determine customer needs and deliver accurate relocation estimates.
- Create personalized relocation proposals depending on the client's needs, schedules, and budget.
- Follow up with leads to turn them into booked moves.
- Maintain good client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee a seamless transition for customers.
- CRM software helps you track sales efforts and manage client data.
- To raise brand recognition, participate in industry events, networking functions, and community outreach campaigns.
- Stay current on rivals, market trends, and price plans.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any requests and concerns properly.
- To maximize sales chances, educate clients on the full spectrum of relocation services offered by the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales expertise in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and customer service skills.
- The ability to establish rapport and maintain long-term client connections.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within the Dallas, Texas area for client consultations.
