Outside COD Sales Consultant – Sterling, VA

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct in-person surveys for clients moving locally, interstate, intrastate, and internationally.
  • Accurately prepare and deliver written estimates in line with company pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up on provided leads while actively generating your own through networking and outreach.
  • Engage with customers, realtors, and corporate clients to promote relocation services.
  • Attend networking events and meetings to establish and grow your referral network.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system to track leads and opportunities.
  • Complete all required paperwork promptly and coordinate closely with the move coordinator.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns and queries throughout the relocation process.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
  • Strive to exceed individual sales targets and overall performance metrics.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as required to support business growth.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience within the moving and relocation industry is essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to cold call and generate leads.
