What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as working on pre-qualified inbound leads
- Conduct in-home and on-site surveys to estimate moving costs for residential clients
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Attend networking events, industry expos, and local business gatherings to promote services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, pricing, and competition
- Provide timely follow-up with prospects and respond to inquiries professionally
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions for moving and relocation
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Direct experience in household goods (HHG) relocations is highly preferred
