What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage client relationships, understanding their storage and logistics needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping projects from planning and pricing through execution.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, successful project delivery.
  • Review floor plans and FFE lists for logistical planning.
  • Create accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices, ensuring all services are properly documented.
  • Oversee site visits and installations, ensuring all preparation aligns with job site specifics.
  • Develop relationships with shipping vendors and compare external quotes with in-house services.
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues and investigate missing inventory.
  • Monitor CRM system to log client engagements and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and export/import requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Client Services team members.
  • Respond promptly to client communications and manage incoming calls professionally.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in project management or international shipping coordination.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, or distribution, particularly within high-end or luxury premium markets.
  • Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook; Excel proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
