Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are supporting an International Hospitality provider with the hire of a Trainee General Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience and grow within our client’s organisation. 

As a Trainee General Manager, you will work closely with the experienced management team to learn the ins and outs of managing the properties and delivering exceptional service to their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow and support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. 
  • Assist with guest enquiries, reservations, and check-ins to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and best practices for property management.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in corporate housing management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
