Join a leading moving and relocation company as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, representing the Senior Leadership Team on the dynamic East Coast of the USA. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving diverse revenue growth and enhancing profitability across all service lines. You'll be at the helm of revenue generation and customer engagement, crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies that elevate the company’s market position within the moving and relocation industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive revenue growth across multiple moving and relocation service streams
  • Identify new business opportunities and maximise existing revenue sources to ensure sustainable profitability
  • Expand the client base across B2B and B2C sectors through innovative sales and marketing initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle to support retention and repeat business
  • Implement effective customer satisfaction strategies and promptly address service concerns
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of tailored proposals, ensuring responses to client opportunities are competitive and solutions-oriented
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver customised, high-quality relocation solutions
  • Leverage data analytics to identify sales trends, forecast goals, and drive data-informed revenue strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and develop strategies to keep the company ahead of industry trends
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen market presence
  • Provide leadership to the Sales & Marketing team, setting clear goals and cultivating a performance-driven culture
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to support revenue objectives and enhance service delivery across all moving operations

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales within the moving and relocation industry, with exposure to marketing functions
  • Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Solid strategic planning ability to drive sales growth and identify marketing opportunities
  • In-depth knowledge of moving company operations, with proven experience aligning sales and marketing efforts to support service delivery
  • Skilled in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategy and improve campaign performance
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
