Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, client relations, and market research to support growth and strategic artist development.
- Lead daily gallery operations and manage internal teams, including art handlers and logistics staff.
- Oversee exhibitions and art fairs from planning to execution, including logistics, artwork sourcing, previews, and documentation.
- Prepare and manage art fair applications and attend events to network, engage clients, and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain digital content, including exhibition materials, marketing collateral, and the gallery website.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, clients, consignors, and lenders.
- Maintain archives and prepare press materials for exhibitions and gallery initiatives.
- Proven gallery or arts management experience with team leadership responsibilities.Commercially driven, strategic, and goal oriented.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and delegation skills.
- High professional standards, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Regular reporting and close coordination with the Managing Director.
