Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily benefits administration across EMEA
- Serve as a point of contact and constant resource for all EMEA benefits inquiries
- Support the International Benefits Lead with the implementation of the EMEA benefits strategy
- Liaise with insurance providers, brokers and benefits vendors on the company's and the workers' behalf
- Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Mobility, and Finance
- Work on special projects including the launch of a new benefits platform
Skills:
- Around 3-6 years of employee benefits experience
- Background working for a global business in industries such as technology, financial services or similar is preferred
- HRIS/Benefits administration using Workday preferred
- Capable of working both alone and collectively, managing uncertainty, and solving open-ended issues
- A degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification preferred
