Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales across exhibitions, art fairs, private viewings and day-to-day client walk-ins.
- Maintain strong relationships with collectors, interior designers, consultants and other industry contacts.
- Manage client follow-up, providing information on artworks, pricing, availability and complete sales presentations.
- Keep the gallery CRM and client database up to date with sales and client information.
- Support the sales process with invoicing, payment follow-ups and post-sale documentation.
- Coordinate samples, supporting documentation and client materials throughout sales.
- Represent the gallery at exhibitions, private events and international art fairs.
- Welcome visitors to the gallery, offering knowledge on artists, designers and available works.
- Ensure the gallery space is presented to the highest standard.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless sales process and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience in a commercial based or creative industry.
- A great understanding of the contemporary design and art market.
- Proven ability to manage high end clients, and to support full sales cycle.
- Confident engaging with collectors, interior designers, consultants and private clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sales projects.
- Experience using Artlogic or similar gallery management systems is advantageous.
- Additional language skills French, Italian or Spanish, are beneficial but not essential.
